📦 Shipping Policy – Ride E-Z eBikes & Accessories
1. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
- Customized or backordered items may require additional processing time; estimated timelines will be communicated at checkout or by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- eBikes are shipped via freight carriers or specialty couriers due to size, weight, and lithium battery regulations.
- Accessories & small parts are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on cost and destination.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product type, weight, and destination.
- Bulk orders (dealers, rental partners, institutions) may qualify for discounted freight rates—please contact us directly.
- In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions (terms will be clearly stated).
4. Delivery Estimates

Standard delivery within the continental U.S.:
- Accessories: 3–7 business days
- eBikes: 5–14 business days (depending on carrier scheduling)
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules, customs clearance, or unforeseen events.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Due to lithium battery regulations, we currently ship eBikes only within the continental U.S. (no PO Boxes or APO/FPO).
- Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories should contact us for special shipping arrangements (subject to availability and fees).
6. Damages & Lost Shipments

Customers should inspect deliveries immediately. If items are damaged or missing:
- Note the issue with the carrier at delivery.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours with photos and details.
- We will assist with replacements or claims, but claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible.
7. International Shipping
- We may offer international shipping for accessories (excluding batteries) where regulations permit. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Order Tracking
- Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as the order ships. Customers can track shipments directly with the carrier.
